If you choose the latter, you can opt to have your gift voucher delivered, either by post, or through a heartfelt email personally crafted by our dedicated Retail Manager.

Outside busy holiday periods, Gift Vouchers are normally dispatched within 2 business days to Australia Post.
Gift Vouchers are only available for delivery within Australia. All Orders are delivered via Australia Post to a nominated Australian residential or business address.
Solid Gold Diamonds will not be liable for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery or for any lost or misdirected Gift Vouchers, including any Gift Vouchers lost or misdirected in the mail.
Solid Gold Diamonds will not accept liability for non-receipt of delivery if you provide us with the incorrect delivery details.
Should the total spend be more than the value of the Gift Voucher, Solid Gold Diamonds will invoice the bearer of the Gift Voucher for the difference of the purchase.
The original Gift Voucher must be presented to the sales consultant. Lost Gift Vouchers are only replaceable if the original voucher has not been redeemed.
Solid Gold Diamonds will not accept returns of the Gift Voucher and they may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Gift Voucher.
