We’re proud to have been selected as a prestigious finalist in the “Red Carpet” design category of the Diamond Guild Australia, 2013 Jewellery Awards which were recently judged in Sydney.
“Grace”, a pair of platinum and diamond chandelier earrings featuring a perfectly matched pair of square emerald cut diamonds (each 2.01ct in size), accentuated with round brilliant and baguette diamonds, were one of only three finalists to be chosen and will now be showcased in an exclusive editorial feature to appear in the October issue of Qantas the Australian Way magazine.
The “Red Carpet” category’s goal was to design and manufacture a piece of fine jewellery, full of glamour and befitting the modern red-carpet event and capture the attention of all paparazzi.
The judging process was completed by an expert panel including Carla Zampatti, Dr Brandon Gien (CEO of Good Design Australia), jewellery photographer David Perryman, Susan Skelly, Qantas Magazine editor and master jeweller John Calleija, representing the Guild as technical adviser.
The “Grace” earrings are available to view in the Solid Gold Diamonds showroom and are valued at $136,500.
